The fourth year of the JOVESPOOC Programme is presented with the aim of continuing to prepare materials adapted to the young people of our province, covering aspects of their non-formal and informal education that are complementary and necessary for the correct use of technologies and social networks.

Although young people aged 12 to 30 are digital natives, not all of them have received training on how to use the Internet safely, how to protect their digital identity, how to control app permissions, use antivirus software, fake news, know about malicious software, protect themselves from behaviour such as cyberbullying, identity theft, etc. It is important to take measures to prevent and combat cyberbullying, including education on the responsible use of technology, parental supervision and support for victims of bullying.
For this fourth year we intend to continue applying the developments of the previous three years and to add and deepen the aspects of risks in the use of social networks and the Internet by young people, in order to prevent especially cyberbullying and other risky practices such as exposure to inappropriate or violent content that can affect their emotional and psychological development.

Social networks and the Internet are the media in which new practices occur. Anglo-Saxon terminology has been adapted to describe them and the first step is to know them in order to be able to provide guidelines to prevent them, identify them and report them if necessary.
To this end, we will prepare a course that will be incorporated into the SPOOC platform and five infographics that will cover:
Cyberbullying: defining it; detecting it; the roles involved; how to act.
Using visual thinking to prevent cyberbullying
Can you distinguish all these neologisms: Hikikomori; Grooming, Phising, Sexting and Sextortion, Happy Slapping, Stalking, Gossip, etc.?
Risky practices on social networks and the Internet and advice on how to avoid them.
An infographic for teachers, parents or guardians on healthy limits in the use of social networks and “sharenting”.
As a complement to the course, an animated video will be created using the video scribing technique to reinforce the concepts, prevent them and how to act in each case.

From practical workshops to related talks, the developments will be prepared for an e-learning platform in SPOOC format (https://bluebeehive.eu/course/formacion-jovespooc/ ), so that young people can access knowledge of their interest related to the Internet and social networks, as well as the technologies covered in the project.
The JOVESPOOC programme is already a benchmark for young people to carry out workshops and learn about new technologies, providing creative alternatives that can encourage entrepreneurship, while at the same time dealing with relevant topics for their knowledge and up-to-date training.
In this way, the JOVESPOOC Programme expands the offer of practical workshops and also allows the acquisition of knowledge in an open way and at the pace of each young person by connecting to the online platform.
